Spotify player.The Music section embeds a Spotify player, but it only loads after you click “Load Spotify player”. Before that click, no Spotify code runs and no Spotify cookies are set. Clicking is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to load it; from that point Spotify sets its own cookies under its own cookie policy.

Site analytics. We use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami). It stores nothing on your device, no cookies, no persistent identifiers, and counts visits using a salted, rotating hash that cannot be traced back to you. Because nothing is stored on your device, this does not require consent under Finnish/EU cookie law.

Booking link. The booking button opens a pre-filled email in your own email app. This website does not collect or store anything when you click it.

Gig calendar. The Live section reads a public calendar feed. We only display the date, event name and venue, never private details.

Newsletter (when available). If you sign up for drop alerts, we store your email address and a record that you consented, so we can send you updates and prove that consent was given. You can unsubscribe at any time; doing so removes you from future emails. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Standard server logs (IP address, browser, request) are processed for security and operation. Vercel processes EU data under Standard Contractual Clauses and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact hello@johanon.net.
